William Webster Reads at Inaugural Fiction Out Loud Event

On 30 March 2025, the inaugural Fiction Out Loud event was held at Rosny Barn, featuring readings of short stories by eight Tasmanian writers. Each story had a plausible connection to the theme of Mistaken Identity and was read live by a professional actor.

Second Echo Ensemble artist William Webster took part in the event, performing My Name is Zee by Danielle Fox.

Presented by Eastern Shore Writers and supported by Clarence City Council, the night was full of memorable moments - laughter, emotion, and a few surprises.

If you missed the event you can watch William’s reading below and see the rest of the recordings here.
