Open to all levels of practitioners and persons interested in performance making methodologies.

This 2 hour workshop is intended to share exercises, ideas, concepts and space for coming into presence and activating your creative spirit. With over a decade experience making performance, art critter Emma Maye facilitates and energises place for play, sharing tools for seeing and being seen and attending to being a ‘listening body. All within the sanctuary of the SEE studio.

Participants are invited to bring vibrant matter, make up, special power objects and writing to explore during the workshop. Please wear clothes you feel comfortable moving around in, bring water and some food for a break.
